We require a two month rental deposit, which would come to the sum of £661.00

Plus one month rent and services in advance of £449.00

Total: £1,110.00

The unit will be reserved for you once we receive your deposit and first month’s rent in advance.

Service Charge and Utilities

The amount of service charge will be reviewed annually and may vary. Tenants are required to install their own internet and telephone lines. Business rates are chargeable to the local authority. Each tenant is responsible for their own telephone and internet connection, and business rates payments. . A £25 per month fee is payable to the Landlord for electricity use until check meters are installed.
